1. Simple and Transparent Refund Rules
We understand that plans can change.
That’s why our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair:
- If you cancel more than 4 hours before your scheduled setup → eligible for refund (after processing charges).
- If less than 4 hours remain → refund not applicable.
- Once our team is dispatched or setup begins → refund not applicable.
2. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
to the original payment method used during booking.
3. No-Show Policy
If a customer does not attend or respond at the scheduled time,
the booking will be considered completed and non-refundable.
4. Damages & Deductions
If any décor item, prop, or equipment is damaged during the celebration,
the actual cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the client.
We always aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all such cases.
5. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the setup time.
- All reschedules are subject to team and slot availability.
6. Force Majeure
In cases like bad weather, strikes, or lockdowns that are beyond our control,
refunds or reschedules will be handled at our discretion.
