These Terms & Conditions exist to bring clarity, trust, and transparency between us and our valued clients.
1. Nature of Service
Roomorastay offers “Ready-to-Celebrate” room setups and personalized experiences for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and other special moments.
Every setup is custom-designed with love, care, and attention to detail, based on your selected theme and preferences.
2. Booking Policy
- Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
- A confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.
- Last-minute changes are subject to team and slot availability.
- We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for smooth scheduling.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Online Payment Gateway.
- Roomorastay reserves the right to revise pricing or promotional offers without prior notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled setup time are non-refundable.
- If you cancel earlier than 4 hours, a refund may be processed after deducting minimal transaction fees.
- Once our team is dispatched or the decoration setup has begun, the booking becomes non-refundable.
We kindly request you to inform us early if your plans change.
5. Damage & Responsibility
We kindly ask you to handle all décor items with care.
If any item is accidentally damaged or broken, the replacement or repair cost will be billed to the client.
Intentional damage or misuse may lead to additional penalties or loss recovery charges.
6. Delays & External Factors
We always strive to deliver on time.
However, in case of delays caused by venue permissions, weather, traffic, or other external factors,
Roomorastay will not be held responsible.

7. Intellectual Property
All photos, videos, text, designs, and content displayed on this website or social media platforms
are the property of Roomorastay / AlleventsParty and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India,
and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India].
